XYT Aluminum Oxide Lapping Film utilizes electroplated or precision-coated abrasive technology to deliver consistent, controlled polishing performance for ultra-fine surface finishing. The film features micron-graded Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) particles uniformly bonded to a polyester film backing, providing excellent flatness, durability, and surface consistency.

Polishing Process

Typical use steps for Aluminum Oxide Lapping Film:
