Diamond Flocked Pile Film is a high-performance abrasive polishing film specially developed for superfinishing and mirror finishing of industrial rollers, such as chrome-plated rollers, tungsten carbide rollers, ceramic-coated rollers, and stainless steel rollers. This innovative film combines precision-graded diamond abrasive particles with a flocked microfiber pile structure, providing both aggressive cutting power and ultra-smooth final surface finish.
Engineered for use in linear polishing machines, CNC finishing systems, and robotic polishing arms, this film helps manufacturers achieve surface roughness values as low as Ra ≤ 0.01μm, delivering mirror-grade finishes (Grade 13–14) on large cylindrical surfaces.
