Cerium Oxide or Silicon Dioxide Flocked Film for MT MPO MTP Patch Cord Connector Final Polishing
Cerium Oxide (CeO₂) and Silicon Dioxide (SiO₂) Flocked Films are specially developed for the final polishing stage of MT, MPO, and MTP patch cord connectors. These polishing films feature micron-graded oxide abrasives embedded into a flocked microfiber surface, providing gentle abrasive action, exceptional flatness, and low defect rates. They are ideal for removing fine scratches, achieving low Ra values, and finalizing fiber end-face geometry before inspection and testing.
These films are widely used in high-volume fiber connector production and lab-level rework, compatible with major polishing systems such as Seikoh Giken, Domaille, Senko, and Yamamoto.
